øsj........
i started to diet today...but i dont know how to, cause i have this terrible migrain, and it always sneaks around the corner whenever Im hungry...i eat two slices of bread in the morning, two slices at lunsh, have a small dinner, and then again, two slices in the evening....sometimes i have to eat something in between, cause if not, i will get a really headache...but,i hope from today and forward, that i will learn how to eat right and get fin till xmas.....wish me luck :)
